About the Programme

Rapid Impact Projects (RIP) are small scale infrastructure projects implemented to address urgent community safety needs. These projects should facilitate increased access and improved quality of basic infrastructure or other services for residents, increased capacity of community organisations to manage and implement projects, increased capacity of residents and in all instances, should increase awareness of the Citizen Security Programme within the community.
